CYCLING SAFARIS

Bring your mountain bike and your stress and ride among the giants.
You owe yourself the opportunity just once in your life!

Cycle Mashatu enjoys the cycling concession on Mashatu Game Reserve under the expert guidance of the very affable Greg Bond.

Many would argue that you have not lived until you have cycled in the Land of the Giants - an intoxicating experience indeed!

Head out each morning early and push yourself to your physical limits on ancient elephant paths, over rough gravel and through cool streams of water. In a land as diverse as Mashatu, you are guaranteed new mediums and trails around every corner.

Your safety is secure in the hands of armed rangers who head and tail the group of cyclists - and who remain in radio contact with a vehicle that travels close behind but out of earshot and sight.

Wilderness Cycling Safaris

This is an awesome adventure experience! Each night is spent camped at different locations in the bush under the stars. The days are spent exploring the area and tracking down game, visiting the sites and generally having a good time on the bikes. The camp sites are very basic, with a bucket shower and a "bush loo" making up the ablutions.
